What time is Check-in / Check-out?
Check-in is guaranteed at 4p.m. EST. Check-out is at 11a.m. EST.
Can I request early check-in?
Yes. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if available. Guest rooms are based on daily occupancy and cannot be guaranteed until 4p.m.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located at the eastern edge of the property.
Do you have a resort fee?
No. There is no resort fee at Seminole Casino Hotel
Do you place a hold for a security deposit on my credit card at Check-in?
Yes. We hold a $100 security deposit per stay on the credit card provided at Check-in for incidental charges. The hold will be released at Check-out provided there were no charges billed back to the room.
Do you offer WiFi?
Yes. We offer complimentary WiFi for all hotel guests.
Do you allow smoking in the hotel rooms?
Our hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at the pool. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest’s smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of Check-in.
Do you offer complimentary parking?
Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property Valet parking is also available at a charge of $10 for overnight guests. Discounts available for Wild Card Members.
Does the hotel have a workout facility?
Yes. Stay fit with 24-hour complimentary access to the Seminole Casino Hotel Fitness Studio located on the lobby level. Equipment includes LifeFitness Cross Trainer, Treadmill, Upright Cycle, Recumbent Bike, Dual Adjustable Pulley, and Dumbbell sets from 5 to 50 pounds. Guests younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent. Hotel key card access is required.
Do I have to be a hotel guest to use the pool?
The Pool is available to registered guests of the hotel. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required. Chickee Huts are available for rent and are based on availability. Reservations are required and may be made at the front desk.
How do I get a line of credit?
You may contact your host for assistance in opening up a line of credit or apply online now.
Does the casino offer sports betting?
No. Sports betting is not currently available in Florida.

How do I sign up for a Seminole Wild Card?
Joining is fast, free and easy. Stop by the Player's Club in the Casino with a valid photo ID to sign up (must be 21or older). Rack up your Seminole Wild Card Rewards, earn Comp Dollars and qualify for promotions.

What is a Bounce Back Free Play?
Seminole Wild Card members receive Bounce Back Free Play rewards based on Comp Dollars earned each time they play at their favorite slot machine. The more you play, the more you earn. You can check your Bounce Back Free Play balance online anytime.
How do I qualify to receive a Bounce Back Free Play?
Seminole Wild Card members who earn $8 Comp Dollars or more in a single visit, not counting Comp Dollars earned with Free Play, will receive a Bounce Back Free Play reward.
When and how will I find out if I earned Bounce Back Free Play?
Your Bounce Back Free Play will be automatically loaded to your account approximately 48 hours following your visit. A reminder email will also be sent to you. If you are not receiving emails, call Customer Care or log in to your Seminole Wild Card account online to add your email. Your Free Play will be valid for a period of up to 30 days.
Log in to your online Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website to view your best available hotel rates, Comp Dollar balance, Bounce Back Free Play rewards and upcoming promotions. You will need your Account Number, PIN and date of birth.
Are there any limits to the number of Bounce Back offers I can receive?
Play every day, and we’ll mail you an extra offer after each qualifying visit. There’s no limit to the number of extra offers you can receive!
How do I earn entries into promotions?
Seminole Wild Card Members also earn entries into exciting promotions by utilizing their membership card each time they play, for the opportunity to win great prizes like fabulous vacations, sweet rides, cold hard cash, Free Play and more. Plus, they may qualify to receive invitations to "Members Only" special events, such as tournaments and dinner parties.

How do I view my current Comp Dollars balance?
Log in to your online Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website. You will need your Account Number, PIN and date of birth.
How do I request my Win Loss Statement?
Guests can obtain their win/loss statements by one of the following ways:
- Visit the Seminole Wild Card Player’s Club with valid ID.
- Log in to your Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website (must have valid PIN and email on file)
- Call Customer Care at 1-800-218-0007
Are gift cards redeemable for gaming?
Gift Cards can be redeemed for Slot Play. Present the Gift Card to the Casino Cashier at any of our casinos to redeem the gift card for a Slot Play voucher valid at any slot machine. Gift Cards redeemed for Slot Play can be redeemed for up to $500 per person per day, per property. Slot Play must be purchased for an amount of $5 or more and guest will need a valid government issued ID and a Seminole Wild Card. Guest who are banned or self-excluded are not able to redeem Gift Cards for Slot Play.
