Greg Rosace, Executive Chef
A native New Yorker, Greg has honed his skills at some of the country's finest hotel and casinos, such as La Reserve, Caesar's Entertainment and the MGM Mirage. He moved to Florida over six years ago, working for the Seminole Hardrock in Tampa and is now your Executive Chef here in Immokalee. He is currently creating a new menu at the Ee-to-leet-ke Grill, which will contain both traditional and contemporary cuisine made from the freshest local ingredients, with the focus of flavor, flare and service.
